Amy, Now thats a big job! Great idea, no objections to a reasonible cover charge, there are costs involved in setting up big events. maybe the cover charge should be made payable as a no refund deposit to cover the venue deposit and other up front costs to secure the venue and get things going! We will have agood think about suggestions and get back to you, both Mrs Justlooking and I have large event organisation experience.
