Can everyone give me some feedback on if they would be interested in this?

I want to have an apartment in Auckland CBD that can be used by couples where a husband/wife likes to watch but are hidden. The apartment would have a small hidden room where the husband/wife can watch their partners through hidden cameras and two way mirrors.

Would anyone be interested in renting an apartment like this for a night?
