This is not a typical mingle and play party. It is a private event for friends only with a maximum capacity of 30. If you are unable to attend, please notify on-time. If you want to bring someone other than your partner, please check with James to see if there is a space.

DATE & TIME

• Saturday, 5th July 2025. From 7:30pm to 2am. Please arrive by 8:30pm.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING:

• Towel & Toys

• Bring Your Own (BYO) drinks

• This is a pot luck. Bring some snacks or something to share with others.

• 2 Closed-Door Rooms + 2 Open Door Rooms + Garage

• All areas will be heated

CHILL OUT / OUTDOOR SPACE:

• 2 Lounges

• Fully enclosed and private courtyard with a standing heater. The Gazebo will not be up.

• Be respectful of the house and other attendees. Consent is essential. Be kind.

• Drink responsibly

• No orientation, but if you need one, talk to James or other attendees.

• Everyone is a host. However, if there is an emergency or you need special assistance, don't hesitate to get in touch with James.
