It’s all about Kink, lots of fun things to see and try, come explore our dungeon, our extended kink space with a double cross, the glory hole, and other naughty delights throughout the house, bring your own implements of torture and pleasure or use the house toys.

Although different to our sex parties, there will still be plenty of opportunities for group play and swinging, with 3 general use rooms.

If you have a scene or a fantasy that requires group participation, please contact us, we’ll help you make it happen.

Non latex condoms and lube supplied. BYO drinks (but drink responsibly!). Snacks and non-alcoholic drinks available all night.

If you know someone that comes to our parties, please also let us know that for vetting purposes.
