Birkenhead Wharf

This place has everything! Secluded parks, the public toilets don’t seem to be locked until very late (possibly midnight) and there are some forested areas with park benches that are very shaded just around the boat sheds too. Will try between 9 and 10pm every now and then, unless someone wants to suggest a time and day.
