Wow that post was from a while ago. If it wasn't clear, that is our opinion. The operative word is consenting. Our statement likely assumed it was put up in the context of the featured party being unaware, and therefore they wouldn't be consenting. We just personally wouldn't play with someone with a profile with other people, purely as a subjective preference.

What if said guy then uses your photo on his profile, is that with your consent? There are way to many photos on here from single guys who post that am sure the woman has no idea.

There seems to be a lot of assumptions and what ifs on this post… if there is consent between both parties for taking and posting pics on each other’s profiles there is no issue, is there? If someone is taking sneaky pics or posting pics without the other parties permission then that is an entirely different issue and there are processes in place for this. If seeing consenting adults posting pictures on their swingers profiles triggers you to get on your soapbox and tell the world that it’s wrong and you wouldn’t associate with such people, I think the problem is yours, not the people, especially the single guys that you are slandering…
From my experience on ks there are a lot more couple profiles on here where the wife has no idea she is being posted on the internet than single guys posting randoms.

I’m sure that you know that you can always retract your vouch. They aren’t forever.
I do agree with the above post that there are quite a lot of assumptions going on throughout this post. That women in SM’s profile photos are “professionals” (I will assume by the context that meant escorts). That guys post vouches like notches in their bed posts. That most photos on certain profiles are without consent. That so many people lie about their CNM relationships. Or even, one of the biggest fallacies I’ve head about this site (in the chat room, a bit on this forum)… that people think that just because someone joins this site, they have the right/expectation to meet and have sex with other people.
I suppose I’ve been very fortunate that my negative experiences in this arena are few and far between (and mostly range in the “being stood up at a Meet&Greet)… so I guess that’s why I have an overall positive and accepting approach to how others live their lives on KS.

I don't think anyone is really disagreeing that photos posted explicitly without consent pose a problem. We choose not to take the risk, it doesn't matter how big or small that actually is. Its no different to a preference in personality, appearance or body type.

Yes its with consent otherwise there would be no play therefore no pics if I was not happy to be with that person. I’ve never come across anyone who has taken sneaky pics that I didn’t know about
