If youre happy disclosing your real names go for gold.
However a majority here choose to be descrete with personal details such as names for a numerous variety of personal reasons.
Thats all personal flavour that one

Do most people continue to use their Alias when they meet with people? or do they share their real name after they meet with somebody they are comfortable with?

We thought about using an alias but have done in the past with something else and it totally boggled my brain lol I'd be at a wedding or something and somebody would ask me my name and I'd sit there and pause for a few seconds trying to work out whether in this situation I was 'Breena', 'Candy' or 'Mandy'. haha, and sometimes after a few drinks I'd just blurt out the completely wrong name for the siutation...which was awkward. lol

We tell people our real names but for me personally I am still called Gladys and it doesn't bother me as I play on it

We give our real names to those we are going to meet, not to randoms online.
We have found that 99% of the time people want to, and will exchage (real) names and face photos and before meeting.

we are the same as Sex_is_fun , we give our real names to people we meet and a few we chat with a bit but not straight away
