this is not a registration but instead an " expression of interest" to see what you think about us holding a national KS meet up in late november as a kick off to the christmas season
It would be held inner city with room for about 400 ppl to attend.
Please use the voting buttons above to give me some idea on if it is worth while?
have updated the poll to ask if you would consider paying a $ door charge or not.
Please dont be shy to let me know what you would perfer because if we are planning a BIG meet i would like to keep everyone has happy as possible

Now thats a big job! Great idea, no objections to a reasonible cover charge, there are costs involved in setting up big events. maybe the cover charge should be made payable as a no refund deposit to cover the venue deposit and other up front costs to secure the venue and get things going!
We will have agood think about suggestions and get back to you, both Mrs Justlooking and I have large event organisation experience. If you have any queries, want to bounce and idea or need any other help just drop use a message.

Happy to pay a reasonable cover charge. All meets so far have been fun as.....Just as long as dates and approx costs are given in time to plan....I am there with Christmas Bells.

We so don't want to miss out on the next one :-)
Also, a cover charge (if resonable) is totally expected. We realise it take alot of time and effort of those who organise and there are lots of little hidden costs to cover.
