hi red, i havnt heard of anyone else having this problem and wonder if its because you are clickin on the album link after the period you have been allowed access has ended?
might be worth double checkin that with the ppl who have supplied the album access first and if i am wrong ( very possibly lol ) then pop a support ticket into the tech team who hopefully will be abe to figure out why and fix it for you as well.
