Heya yng. Smartphones have no problems coming here. Im replying to you using mine right now. A mobile app for non-smartphones would be way off in the future as they are still working on improving and stabilizing the server for all users. Good suggestion, but one that will be a luxury far down the line I would think.

Hi Guys,
For anyone out there that has an Apple iPad (applies to iPhone and Ipod Touch as well) you can now get full access to the Chatroom including watching Web Cams by using a third party Web Browser, Puffin Web Browser, by CloudMosa. This Browser works well in the chatroom as well as the rest of the Kiwiswingers Web Site. It also happily plays the Flash based movies and Web Cams using some interesting conversion at there site. Only draw backs are it currently doesn't support posting your own Web Cam, is slower than a PC based browser due to conversion going on and it is a pay for application (Although only $1.29). Great little application for use on this great KiwiSwingers Web Site. I am sure you will be impressed!

Thanks

I don't think it is the role of a moderator to dismiss ANY reported issue. What they should be doing is obtaining as much information as they can to help identify what, if any, the issue may be. My phone is a blackberry. Yours maybe an iphone, these are just one of the questions that should've been asked and not just dismissed just because "your" mobile access works.

So yes, I'm having trouble accessing the site to respond to email via my smart phone also. I have a blackberry and yes, it is the hardest thing to view and respond to emails. Also the preview and clear buttons don't work. Even on PC not just via smartphone.

I'm happy for you to contact me directly regarding this should there be more information you require in an attempt to fix this issue.

Thanks for your post Bea

Im not a tech so asking questions that could be irrelevant seems a bit stupid to me.
What i DO know is the site is still in development, and the key focus right now is on Normal Site usage problems, not so much luxuries such as mobile apps.

Thats not saying it WONT happen, just that things like stable servers, better user experiences and functions to make life here easier for the majority are considered more important.

I personally use an android phone.
I know it works fine on that and iphone's (in fact i believe you can go in to the chatroom on an iphone).

Sorry that the blackberry doesn't seem to want to play ball.

if you want to submit a ticket to admin about it you may be able to get the techs to advise you if there is anything that you can do.
