I know from time to time people are havign problems with their cams.

Here is a blurb graciously donated by top member Raunchy_Chick as a reply from tech support about the matter

"If your web cam is not loading correctly, you need to check that it has been set up correctly in Flash Player.
If you watch another user's web cam, left mouse click onto the feed and then right mouse click, this will open a menu.
Included in the menu is 'Settings' - left mouse click this to open the settings.
If you can't see 'Settings', repeat the above instruction in a different area until you can see it.
The menu will appear once done correctly.
There will be a series of icons shown in Settings and you need to left mouse click onto the Web Cam icon.
There will next be a drop down menu which will include your web cam device.
Left mouse click this device and then close the settings.
Please next activate your web cam by left mouse clicking the large Web Cam icon. "
