has any one elce been perminantly banned from new site

my account has been perminantly band it happend during the upgrade it says i have been baned for pre-symbios what dose his mean i had to create a new account my old one is fully payed for a year under flpoymoths i cant get past login or evin get hold of a ksw represintave to see what has happend to fix it any imformation eill be a big help

Happened to us too but apparently just part of the upgrade. Not very well communicated. We're all back up and running now and you should be too. They've also switched the physical description parts of the profiles so that all the women are huge and the men tiny!

I'd say the escorts that are on here trying to sell services should be banned.
