Non Acceptable Behaviour

Your account shall be terminated immediately and we may report you to the relevant authority if your behaviour on our website consists of any of the following:

Anything illegal and contrary to the laws of New Zealand, including (but not limited to!) the promotion, suggestion or allusion to underage sex, rape or any non consensual acts, drugs (including the misuse of prescribed medicines or the mention of Viagra and Poppers) or any kind of illegal activity.

Any comments which are hateful, or racist.

Abusive or aggressive behaviour towards fellow members, Mods or Administration staff.

Excessive profanity will not be tolerated.

Posting of a telephone number, email address anywhere such as your profile, chat room, forum or any other public area. Contact details can only be exchanged through Private Messages.

Any posts on the site in any area, such as your profile, forum or chat room that are posted in order to exchange pictures, videos or offer photography services or similar, regardless of whether a fee is required.

Any commercial activity such as Escorts or any ‘pay for sex’ type services for example 0909 numbers, etc.

Offering or asking for a payment in return for sexual activities.

Attempts to sell a service, product or business of any kind.

Photos

The photo should be mainly of the account holder(s), only non-distinguishable parts of third parties can be shown.

Before you post a picture containing the part of a third party defined above, you must have the approval of that person and be able to produce it to Admin, if required. If a complaint is received from someone who claims to be in the picture and is not happy about it, the onus of proof of permission will be on you.

Photos will be deleted if they contain any of the following:

• Anyone who looks under the age of 18.
• Contain little or nothing of the account holders.
• Photos that are the same or near enough the same as the ones that already exist or existed on profiles.
• Children can be seen - anywhere and in any context.
• People can be seen in the background.
• Animals can be seen.
• Any contact information such as an email address, URL or mobile/telephone number is shown.
• They are too small to be useful or if they have not been cropped correctly.
• If the photo is of poor quality, for example it is too small or too dark.
• The photo is blurred or too difficult to make out.
• They are deemed to be too obscene or inappropriate for this site.

Site Rules

All members have to be over the age of consent to join this site (18+), even if you appear to under that age you may be removed from the site.

No profile shall be placed that seeks promotes or encourages anything that conflicts the rules on Kiwi Swingers New Zealand.

Profiles must NOT contain any email / MSN / Phone numbers contact details, nor links / mentions of ANY other website that you might belong to.

Please use user names rather than real life names whilst posting on the site, people are entitled to their privacy.

No person is allowed to pass themselves off as a different gender unless it is the case of a post operative gender realignment or part of the pre-operative legal requirements (in which case documentary evidence may be required).

Your account is for your use and your use only, no third party is allowed to activate or use your account without previous consent from our Admin team.

There is to be no discussion of the locations of meets on the open forum or chatroom. Please use Private Messages.

No spamming, this means posting a link to a site that is for commercial purposes and not a genuine swingers' resource. We DO NOT solicit links from anyone being posted unless it is in the spirit of sharing a genuinely useful or interesting site to others.

No selling of or providing use of your account to a third party is permitted.

Enforcing the rules

Failure to comply with the AUP can lead to a friendly warning or a permanent ban from the site without notice depending on the severity of the offence.

About the Kiwi Swingers New Zealand Team

A Mod is short for Moderator; these volunteers have been recruited to help moderate the site and chatroom by proving that they can act impartially and act responsibly towards others whilst upholding the AUP. They have been selected for their abilities and experience in this area.

Admin are the site owners who liaise with the Mods and help run the site on a day to day basis.

Your Care

You may expect that the Moderators and Admin will act in the best interest of Kiwi Swingers New Zealand by enforcing the above rules, you can expect not to be harassed by any member, Mod or Admin, if you feel that you have grounds for a complaint then you may contact Admin with the date time with the details of what has occurred by using the “contact section” of this site.

Notes

Kiwi Swingers New Zealand have the right to change the AUP at anytime without prior notice to its members, or Mods.

Kiwi Swingers New Zealand have the right to withdraw membership without notice or explanation.

Kiwi Swingers New Zealand decision on any matter set out in this AUP shall be final.
